Because here's the truth:
A lot of men hit 45+ and start feeling like they’ve peaked.
Not in a dramatic, cry-on-the-floor way—but in that silent, gray-around-the-edges, “Is this it?” kind of way.

You’ve got the house, the job, the grill.
You’ve done the provider thing.
You’ve played the strong one.
You’ve been the rock—even when you felt like a pebble.

But now?
There’s a look in your eye.
A little more tired. A little less alive.
And that man in the mirror? He’s not broken—he’s just bored out of his damn mind.
